Join us at the Chef's Table and celebrate a culinary journey on King Island. Immerse yourself in the gourmet experience at Australia's award winning restaurant Wild Harvest, with Head Chef, Ian Johnson.
Our all inclusive package including seeing our stunning flora and fauna in our purpose built 4WD. We meet local producers and forage for special ingredients, which we will use in the cooking school during the experience.
Together we will create a 3 course lunch with matching wines
celebrating local crayfish.
An example ' an entree volute crayfish, followed by a lemon butter
saltbush crayfish to delight your senses' .
